A Bitter Pill To Swallow
Could well be my imagination but I can’t help but notice general improvement with my gut since taking this. The size can be a little challenging so a better way of administering would be greatly appreciated.

Good contents and price isn't bad, but isn't cheap
I find it a tough choice to get probiotics as there are just so many to choose from and they range from inexpensive to insanely expensive, and then the ingredients themselves all talk in billions, but it varies what those billions are made up of. And of course you have terms like CFUs (colony forming units) which can add an extra layer of confusion and that is without throwing in any needs you might have regarding gluten, soy, dairy, etc.I have used many Garden of Life products in the past, particularly their protein shakes and meal replacement drinks, and have always found them to be of high quality, and far less likely than other products to contain anything that might be classed as undesirable. So, the brand name in and of itself did attract me to these. Yes, they are higher in price than some alternatives, but maybe this is a case of you get what you pay for.

Easy to swallow capsules with wide range of good bacteria
I've used these for a few weeks before writing the review.I will be buying them again even at the fairly premium price point. One minor positive point is the lovely clean smell from the container when the cap is opened. It's hard to describe but I take a sniff every morning.I like the fact that the capsules can be taken with or without food. One capsule a day is brilliant. I don't like supplements that require two or more capsules a day. I like to know that thirty capsules will last for thirty days as is the case here. The ten billion colony forming units dose per capsule is excellent. There's a good range of bacteria in the capsules and although the range isn't as wide as with some other supplements, the ten billion CFU is in my opinion spread across a good core range of bacteria. The added ingredients are minimal - potato and corn together with cellulose for the shell. The capsules are vegan diet approved. The expiry date of December 2025 is also respectable. I received delivery in December 2024 so that's a very good one year shelf life. They are more expensive than my usual cheaper capsules but I prefer the ingredients, the lack of fillers and I prefer the focus on a core range of good bacteria.

Over The Top Expensive
We rely so much on scientific validation to know whether these products are any good for us, because placebo effects are so easy to put down to successfully taking supplements or medication.I'll honestly never be 100% if I'm feeling better because these pills are doing something, or because I think they are doing something.I do 100% know that, if I had to pay £30 for a tub, I would absolutely not buy them, if I knew I could buy something similar from Boots for a tenner. The scientist would say "ah but Boots only contains x billion, whereas this contains more than that", but the average punter should not be paying a pound a pill for anything other than the secret to eternal life.

very good quality
Priced at around £29 for 30 capsules—or a one-month supply, assuming you take one a day—the price is near the high end of the spectrum. Each capsule contains 10 billion live bacteria of 13 different types of strains. The amount of live bacteria per capsule is middle of the road. There are ones with a lot more out there for a slightly higher price. But I don't think it makes a huge difference. I have taken this for nearly a month and haven't really noticed any difference. I think maybe my stomach is less bloated but I didn't really have any stomach issues anyway. I was keen to take this after completing a course of antibiotics and having some bloating. I think it sorted those problems out. So overall a good product but you can find cheaper versions out there. It's also hard to verify how accurate the product description is. However, the price does work out at basically £1- a capsule or £1- a day which is very pricey. I liked it

Easy to swallow
The Garden of Life Microbiome Once Daily Supplements arrived as described and looks just like the photos advertised. These 30 Vegan Capsules are easy-to-swallow and I've not experienced any negative side-effects from taking them. I've read online that some people can experience gas or bloating from similar supplements but this hasn't been an issue from me. I got these to help clear up some acne I was having over the winter. I'm not sure if it's these supplements or something else but I've noticed a huge improvement in my skin after I finished these.Ofcourse there are other benefits but this is the main one I've experienced. I like that these supplements come with a long expiry and the ingredients printed on the back. It also had directions of use and instructions on how to store them. Overall, I'm delighted and would recommend to others!
