Really poor quality packing.The box looked like I’d had been under something heavy so was squashed down.The 2 metal pieces you plug into the back of the cooker were sticking out of the box - thankfully they were not damaged and the part worked.

Just the job! Easy to install, litteraly a few screws, and saved us a massive call out charge....
