It actually helps me - GMP and Third-party tested
I really struggle with brain fog and my ability to focus and pay attention makes it even more difficult. Focus IQ from Formula IQ seems to work well for me. It really does make a difference when I am struggling to get going/keep going during a work day. Several of the ingredients seem to target acetylcholine which I had never heard of before. The combination here seems very promising. The ingredients do seem like a bit they're throwing a hail mary. Regardless, my experience is positive.------There's a lot of ingredients here. I did a little checking. The following are NOT a statement of facts, but of potential benefits for a few of the ingredients I was not familiar with. Pretty much all of them lack enough research to validate the efficacy. I am NOT claiming that the following statements are true.Bacopa -- may have potential nootropic effects. This means that bacopa might support brain health, such as memory. Its positive benefits may also extend to mood, attention, and hyperactivity.Phosphatidylserine -- a phospholipid that protects the cells in your brain. This fatty substance transmits messages in your brain to help your memory and cognitive function.Golden root extract -- shown to have a positive influence on the higher nervous system, increase attention span, memory, improve mental stabilityAlpha GPC -- seems to increase the levels of a chemical in the brain called acetylcholine. This brain chemical is important for memory and learning functions.DMAE L-Bitartrate -- a precursor to a neurotransmitter known as Acetylcholine, which is believed to play a crucial role in memory retention.BioPerine -- researched and developed by Sabinsa Corporation, can help improve nutrient and supplement absorption, have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects, and help control blood sugar levelsHuperzine A -- increases levels of a chemical called acetylcholine. This seems to help treat diseases that interfere with memory and thinking.------As with all supplements I review I check for GMP manufacturing and third-party testing. FIQ uses GMP FDA certified manufacturing which helps ensure consistency and quality between batches. FIQ claims to do third-party testing. I could not find any documentation and reached out. They provided the third-party test documentation for the Focus IQ (check my photos).Formula IQ tends to have great supplements and this is another excellent one. I trust this brand. Focus IQ is one of the rare supplements that actually gets 5 stars from me.--------------------------------How I rate supplements--------------------------------Testing and manufacturing is critical for supplements to ensure you are getting what is in the bottle. I deduct a star for each of the following:- No (current) cGMP manufacturing. GMP is good but current is the best and products should be rewarded for using it (I make exceptions for FDA certified GMP facilities, or equivalent in other countries of manufacture).- Lack of third-party testing (including proof or additional details besides a simple claim)* I exclude extracts and pure ingredient supplements from common foods

Unlock >10%🧠
I like this type of brain booster stuff aka nootropics. I'm always trying to use that unused 90% like you see all those sci-fi movies such as "Unlock >10%🧠".In this case we have a boutique proprietary blend of many typical nootropics ingredients. To me the quality of the ingredients are only as trustworthy as the brand. After perusal here I see the FIQ brand is fairly new here but has a broad professional looking product line and some good reviews that are ramping. They appear to be an emerging but potentially decent brand. As for the effectiveness so far I asked my wife if my smartness is improving and she said "no...no..."At current price of ~$35 for a 30-day supply (2 caps per day), I rate this product 4-⭐️ in consideration of price/value/choices/🧠.

Some Clarity, Hoping for More Results
I've been taking FIQ - Focus IQ Brain Supplements for a little while now, and while I haven’t noticed any major differences, I have experienced a slight increase in mental clarity. The ingredients are known to be supportive of brain health, so I’m hopeful that with continued use, I’ll see more significant improvements in memory and focus. So far, the effects are subtle, but I’m optimistic that over time, this supplement will provide more noticeable cognitive support.

Much better than I expected
I was really skeptical when I first started taking this supplement but after 2-3 weeks of taking them daily (twice a day), I was actually noticing results! The first noticeable difference is that I don't get distracted as easily as before, I can get my work done with fewer breaks and I don't feel as mentally exhausted after study sessions as before. I really thought that this wouldn't work as well as it did so it definitely surpassed my expectations. I don't see or feel any side effects but I suggest taking them earlier in the day or else it'll take a bit longer to go to sleep (in my experience). I also like that it's made in the USA and also has third-party testing, makes me feel better knowing that it's a safe supplement to take. 5/5 I would definitely get it again.

Surprisingly Effective
I'm quite impressed with these. For one, the quality of the sourcing and manufacturing is trustworthy and first rate (and candidly worth the premium). When I looked at ingredients, nothing stood out about these that would make an instant impact, so I was surprised by quickly I could feel these work. The effect was less significant on day 2 and 3, but I continue to take these as there seems to be no downside for me.As always, it's impossible for me to truly rate quality and efficacy of supplements, but I'm very happy with these and will consider reordering.

Don't know. Can't tell. I'll pass.
I have a generalized aversion to supplements with a long list of ingredients. They can be helpful for screening a group of related supplements to see if the combination produces a noticeable difference - if it does then then next step is to check each ingredient separately. But how do you know what formulation of the ingredient was used and where to find it.This supplement has 10 ingredients, much of which appears to be Vitamin B12 which is at over 400 times the US Recommended Daily Allowance. According to the literature a B12 deficiency can cause cognitive problems - but so can many other conditions. Finally your doctor can quickly run a B12 assay to tell if you are deficient. One medical fact is worth 100 supplement suppositions.I'll pass.
