Solid, reliable hardware. It holds the heavy bag and me, swivels freely, and is easy to install. Worth the price.Yes, it squeaks. If you want a quieter swivel, pay a little extra for one with nylon bushings.

If you have a strong foundation. This bracket is wonderful. Works as advertised! We re-enforced our studs in the attic before installing it. We have no fear of the 300lb bag fall off the ceiling.

Its very sturdy
I just mounted it up, very good metal strength it takes a good beating. The swivel action is also very good that compensates for reasonable angle positioning.The cotter pin seems a little thin, however so far so good no complaints.

Buy your own screws and will work perfectly
As described. Works very well . I recommend getting your own bolts/screws . The ones that come with product are cheap and will snap
