I've taken this supplement for 30 days, Ive tried others but this one is a game changer. I did the gene test and this was recommended. I take 2 in the morning and 1 later in the day. I immediately felt like I had more energy and more strength. I was concerned that it would affect my sleep and just the opposite, I feel more rested. I didn't take them the other day on purpose and went to the gym, I could tell a difference right away in my workout. They don't taste bad and for the price its a quality product.

3 months of taking this. I bought it on a whim. Cringed at the price. I had zero expectations.OMG it was a great decision.I am more regular. I sleep much better including falling asleep. I have no idea how something I take in the morning. Makes me fall asleep at night.
