Good ELV dimmer
Seems like a good ELV dimmer. Worked for my low volt halogen track (Hampton Bay pinhole / mesh back ELV heads with 12V MR16's). Also worked for some touchy LED bulbs (Philips non Warm Glow BR30's), albeit with slightly limited dimming range. No buzz at either the bulbs or the dimmer in either application and no flicker. Not too bulky, easy enough to install in old cramped metal boxes. Does require a neutral. Not sure why they don't sell this item in stores, it's a solid dimmer at a reasonable price point.

Does the job. Gets rid of the buzzing/humming
Bought this dimmer to be compatible with my Viribright LED bulbs. The bulbs are excellent, it's just hard getting universal compatibility in LED products in general. They eliminate 90% of the buzzing found in the bulbs. No flickering. You can only hear a tiny buzz if you get your ear really close and I have never had hearing problems of any kind. Installation was easy. If they are flashing or flickering you probably installed it wrong. Main downside with this dimmer is that they don't dim down lower than 30-40% brightness (see picture). I know the bulbs can dim lower because they do great on other dimmer switches. This dimmer is great for people who want dimming but are not obsessed with "how low can you go?" and may be more interested in getting rid of the noise. The only other dimmer that has worked perfectly is the LED dimmer switch 2 Way or single pole LED CFL Halogen Viribright 300VA Halogen CFL Slider Wall Dimmer which dimmed all the way down to 10% with no buzz and has a great price. I'll be trying out the Lutron DVELV-300P-WH 300-Watt Diva Electronic Low Voltage Single Pole Dimmer, White next but it's a lot more expensive.

Low Voltage Dimmer, Lower price than competitors, Less dimming range than expected
I selected this low-voltage dimmer for price and reputation. Leviton is a well-known manufacturer and many of the electronic low-voltage dimmers available at bricks and mortar as well as online stores command a much higher price. Since I've only recently begun conversion to LED lighting, I decided to cautiously acquire my first dimmer for the Philips 31601/31/48 Ledino LED Energy Efficient Contemporary Three-Light Ceiling Light, White that I purchased from Amazon. It was easy to install and works. I was disappointed with the range. I expected the range to go from very little like twilight to bright noon light, that is from about 10% to !00%. Instead it goes from about 45% - 100%. I will experiment with another electronic low-voltage dimmer soon to see if it provides better range. Any suggestions?

In my setup, this dimmer causes a very noticeable ...
In my setup, this dimmer causes a very noticeable delay when turning the lights on. The delay is long enough for me to put my hand by the side of my body after turning flipping the switch before the light turns on. Also, it does not dim my bulbs very much, and if I move the switch too high, then the lights get dimmer; the peak brightness point is approximately in the middle of the switch.I tried this dimmer in a 3-way circuit of 8 Hyperikon BR30 5000k bulbs. I am not sure if I installed in on the load side or the line side.

Works well with my low voltage halogens
I use this with low voltage halogens (three x 20 watt, for total of 60w). I use this in "3 way" mode (i.e. with another switch). This dimmer plays nice with the other switch; turns off/on as appropriate regardless of which switch is used. The installation instructions that come with the switch are good.No humming noise. Dims nicely, though doesn't go to as low of levels as g9 or par30 fixtures I have. Not bad at all though, given the other bulbs use a completely different operating principle. As another reviewer noted, this switch needs hot, neutral and ground from the breaker to work properly. Many old homes only insert a switch somewhere in the hot or neutral legs. If yours does the latter, some rewiring will be needed. Will see how it stands the test of time...

Buzzing sound
For some reason it has a buzzing sound which this type of switch is supposed to not have.

If you have Low voltage lights with an electronic transformer
This is what you need.I will warn you that you need to check your wiring. My existing wiring to the light switch I was replacing was only a "switch leg", so I had to run a ground to it. This type of dimmer requires both the hot and the ground. If you do not know what this means, please research it and make sure you figure out what you have. There is no way around this if you have an electronic transformer. All dimmers that work correctly with that kind of transformer will require this kind of work so this is not a problem for this specific dimmer. It's just a requirement for this kind of installation.Anyways, the dimmer works great, and looks good. it was easy to install after I fixed my wiring issues.

Expensive but did the job in reducing Led hum with dimmer switch.
It cut the hum from led lights but it cost a pretty penny
