Could pull off a cap if you aren't careful!But that is what I love and can't find anywhere else!Will be a repeat customer. Want to try the Stevia version next!!!! I has good reviews too!

I feel pretty satisfied after about 3 or 4, which keeps me just under 20 calories, at 4 calories a piece!They're about a centimeter wide, with a variety of fruity flavors and colorful wrappers. The only downside is the wrapper colors do not correspond with the flavor, but they're all tasty enough that I don't mind that much, personally.I brought some along with me to a family reunion and they were a huge hit!
