This is a vegan-friendly supplement that contains a branded chelated form of calcium that is proven to be more bioavailable than conventional forms. The added efficiency isn’t huge according to the manufacturer’s own marketing material (Balchem), but it’s real. The malate salt should be better tolerated compared to inorganic salts of calcium as well.Also in the mix are Vitamin D, Vitamin K, and oleuropein. The last has a fairly convincing body of research backing its benefits as an antioxidant partially responsible for the health benefits of the Mediterranean diet. All three are nice to have and will save you some cash if you’re taking one of them separately.At the time of review (mid-January 2024), these are priced at about $1/day with a coupon. That’s about what I consider the expected price for a “real” supplement. For the level of quality in ingredients and manufacture (i.e. US origin, third-party testing, GMP-compliant manufacturing), the convenience of a combination product, and the fact that it’s technically a specialty product thanks to its vegan-friendliness, I think it’s worth it. Recommended.

I have two problems with this product. 1) The website says it is made in the USA, but the bottle says it is manufactured for Inner Thera, but doesn't actually say it is made in the USA. If it is truly made in the USA, then I think the bottle should say that. I am picky about what I put in my body and a capsule is even scarier for me if I don't know where it is made. 2) The capsules are quite large as you can see in my photo. I have a quarter next to them to show the size. The bottle has 60, but that is a 30 day supply. I have trouble swallowing large pills and since this is not a tablet, it cannot be broken in half.I do not feel comfortable taking this product because I am not sure where it is actually made.

As I’ve gotten older, my joints are getting creakier and I have some disc degeneration so I’ve learned I need to be proactive so I can slow down the progression.There’s a trademarked Vit K among others included that I’m unfamiliar with along with Bonolive so my guess is that it’s designed for better absorption.I’ve added this to my daily supplements but too soon to tell if it’s helping my joints.

I was hesitant at first about ordering these because the calcium was only 23% and I thought it should have been higher. However, after looking into the type of calcium used (dicalcium malate) it appears to be a concentrated form and very effective so I decided to go ahead and try them. I really like the addition of the D3 and K2 as they are all best together (calcium, D3 and K2 that is). Then there is also bonolive which I had to look up and now I see why this is included as it is good for bone health. All around seems to be a perfect blend for the bones.Easy to swallow capsules. No odor or taste.

This supplement product arrive on time and well packaged. As a senior in my mid 70s I have done a lot of reading and research into important elements for my life. When I came upon 'Osteo Plus' I was excited because many of the main elements, D3, K2, and Olive leaf extract were supplements I was taking separately. Here, they are all within the same product. Add to that, calcium, and for my age or any age for that matter, this supplement product from InnerThera is a winning product for me and my health.

My first review was rejected, so I'll try again.My doctor recommended I take a calcium supplement, so I gave this one a try.It's easy to swallow. I like that it's vegan. The two tablet dose gives over 300% of daily Vitamin D.

I ordered this bone health supplement because I was intrigued by the inclusion of Bonolive. Bonolive is a special, patented supplement, and you can read more about it if you search Google.The capsules arrived well-packaged in their plastic bottle. I have found that they are easy to swallow, but they may be a bit large for other people. They have an expiration date of August 2025, but I know I will finish the bottle before then.My only complaint is that the price of the supplement (which has not been backed by the FDA since it is a supplement and not a drug) is quite high. You only get a 30-day supply with each bottle.
