I’ve had this bag for about 6-8 months now. I tend to buy good quality backpacks like this mostly for travel now that I’m retired. I also use a heavy duty pack like this to haul DSLR camera gear and a laptop. It works great as an under seat bag. I do like it a lot. I don’t use the built in headphone jack. Not my speed. I use wireless earbuds. This thing can hold quite a bit of stuff. The build quality is great. It is holding up great. I could see someone using it as a book bag for school. It can take a lot of punishment. The fabric is pretty thick and it is well stitched. If you’re looking for a versatile bag, or for a specific job, this one is great. I’m really glad I bought it.

Many pockets that I have no idea what to do with them, great storage space and it can fit more than I can put in it, my MacBook Air M4 11” (I think is 11”) fits perfectly, it is very close to not being able to fit because of its small size so if you have a smaller laptop than 11” have this in mind (is not going to be lose or getting out but it’s the ok)

Bought this as my work backpack. Has plenty of space and many compartments! The only complaint I have is that the buckles jiggle when I walk.

bag is larger than what I wanted but it holds everything. Quality of material very durable and the color is exactly as the picture. I would recommend this bag for the office, school and travel.

This is a great travel backpack (18.5"). I plan to take it on Delta, and it's just under their personal item under seat limitations. The quality is very good, the zippers worked fine, and the amount of space is impressive. The shoulder straps were comfortable. I really like it!! For the price, it is an outstanding product. The larger size (20.1") is quite spacious, but a bit too large for the under seat. However, it would make a great carry on. Highly recommended, especially for travelers as a personal item backpack on the larger carriers. (Not sure about the dinky airline restrictions, though)

Works well for my kid in college

I liked the backpack. It was well made. However, it is bigger than what I want for day hiking and a bit too heavy. I sent it back as I need something lighter.
