Panasonic Lumix DMC-LX7 Digital Camera (White) 32GB Package International Model

I was looking for something light weight and pocket-sized-ish that would work well in low light. This camera is the answer. It's seems to be as sensitive in available light in interiors as my Nikon DSL and it is certainly easier to carry around so I always have a good camera on hand. It fits easily in my purse so I always carry it with me. The one thing that's missing my other pocket sized Lumix cameras have is a super zoom camera function. When I travel, I carry this camera plus the Lumix super zoom camera. Both fit together in my purse and the two are still less clunky than the DSL. Back to this package. There are a lot of useful Acessories in this package that would cost a good deal if they were bought separately and yet the price of the camera at Amazon with this whole package costs no more in the camera itself if you were to buy it other places . I highly recommend purchasing the automatic opening lens cover to add to this camera. The camera comes with a standard lens cap but I am an opportunistic shooter both on the street and indoors,and enjoy not having to remember to stop and wrestle with both turning on the camera and taking off the Lens cap when I see a wonderful fleeting moment or light.

Camera is great (my second LX7). If you can get the camera on its own for $300, its dollar to donuts the best purchase you could make. This expected sale price hadn't come around and I needed the camera immediately, so I paid to get the camera/kit combo. The kit though has its ups and downs. The pros are the SD card, mini tripod and extra charger. The Cons are the generic batteries and a freakishly large camera bag. I won't use 3rd party batteries so they are not much good to me. The camera bag is meant for a dslr, its too big for even a micro 4/3. You can fit 3 LX7s in it. I will use the case to keep the camera in at home with its accessories, but I won't leave the house with it.

Got the camera quickly. The camera is OK but the bag has nothing to do for a Lumix LX7. It's too big. I could fit 3 cameras in it and I had to order a bag which fit for the LX7.The SD card is a "no brand" and I am not sure it is a Class 10. It takes some time after each photo for loading it.All in all it is nice to have spare batteries and the overall price is good, but the accessories are not as showed in the picture and bag is useless for the lumix.

It is really a great camera . . . beware, a little too big for a pocket, but excellent even indoors without a flash.My only complaint, which Amazon did "fix" for me, was that the "package" did not show up, only the basic camera in its box, without an SD card. I'm not sure whether it was a stock boy error or what, but Amazon made it right eventually. Thanks, Amazon.

I love this camera. I've been a photographer for 35 years and have owned a huge assortment of cameras. This one is so nice because it's fairly light...I carry it around in a case on my belt! You'll probably have a lot more sharp pictures with this camera too. Lots of settings to mess with and several modes to put it in. It feels solid and does not have that plastic cheap feel of other cameras. I highly recommend it.

As a product, I was looking for a sharper and less distorted images with 1.4f Leica lens. But it didn't live up to expectations.

I got more than I expected with this purchase. Three batteries and two chargers. Camera works great.

Would have given 5 stars except the lens cap string was not included in the package.
