Seriously. Use this with my Sentria II and WOW the finished floors look amazing. Rotary buffer amazing.You MUST watch your ownership video or catch a bootleg of it on you tube. If you over apply wax, you're in for a mess. Just like polishing shoes such a tiny amount of wax goes so far.RTFM folks. I swear on my first born that this is the best wax buffer besides renting a giant rotary model.

The items I purchased worked great. I cannot use the waxer because I have wood laminate flooring and I don't think you can use that on them. I like the bare floor attachment (after I figured it out) and the carpet fluffer. The items came as promised and work great. Thanks Kirby guyDonna W

What a complete waste of 2 hours, let alone the $100 spent on this piece of crap.. All I succeeded in doing was smearing perfectly good hardwood in a 8x5 area. I dont know if I got old wax or what, but my floors are only 1 year old and I followed the directions exactly. I put on the roller wax ( which clumps fell out all over when I removed it from the bag) sparingly. I let it dry 5-10 minutes. Then the smearing began. After 30 minutes of the buffer i tried to take it off with water and a towel. It didnt budge. Then I used Method wood floor cleaner and a towel. That removed most wax with vigorous scubbing on my hands and knees. Then I tried to use buffer again and I guess the wax on the bristles re smeared everything. Again another 30 minutes using Method floor cleaner to remove wax. What a complete waste of two hours and now my floors look terrible. I will get some J&J instant wax and cleaner tomorrow and hopefully that will get that mess of my floors. This is a great vacuum but their wax is horrible!

It would have been nice if the description included the word "attachment". I will now have to find and buy the actual machine that this attaches to. I have no idea how well it works. $90 seems like a lot of money for a part of a buffer. I would just send it back, but my parents had a Kirby and it lasted for years and worked very well. Just don't be fooled. It is simply an attachment kit.

If you don't allow the wax to dry you will get a smeary result. Letting the wax dry at least 30 minutes or longer gives a nice shiny surface after buffing.
