I love the color
I want to start by saying that I have a very sensitive scalp and allergies so if you use this make sure to do the patch test first and take benadryl before putting it on your head. I had some discomfort for the rest of the day but it wasnt that bad.That being said... I have short thick black hair and the color came out really well. I also only did it for 20 minutes before washing out. Do NOT leave it on your head for more than 30 mins. It will damage your scalp. Also use a shower cap after putting the dye on. The heat inside the cap will help bring out the color better. You also want to really want to mix the solution well and put it in your hair like you are washing it with shampoo.I love the conditioner it came with all as well. It is tsubaki oil based so you can get some on amazon or any asian store that sells beauty products.My roots are coming in so I took a picture to show the difference in color. You should be able to get the box color on your 2nd try.

Easy to use, not irritating scalp
I've dyed my hair black about 1 year ago using bubble hair dye by another brand, but colour oops seems did not remove it. Therefore I got obvious lighter colour at the roots, but it's acceptable. If you dyed your hair before or you have longer hair, I recommend you to dye the ends first. Anyway, amazing colour! This is the result for one and a half hour (It will be much more lighter under the sunlight).

payoff definetly not like the examples shown
I already had bleached brown hair and this did not do much besides lighten it a little bit.i cant see how it would work for black hair that well at all.

Love
This is one of my favorite colors to use from palty foam dye. Color comes out exactly on the box. Only wished that the conditioner that is included had more of it in there because I have long hair but a minor problem only. Gentle on the hair compared to american dyes. Smells great and is super easy to use.
