Ingedients CHANGED
This powder used to be potassium and salt only. It would be nice to at least keep options open for those who do not want magnesium. I bought a new bag without knowing it had magnesium, and the new bag had a huge scoop compared to the old bag. I have arthritis and I have to have potassium supplementation to keep up with salt intake or else I will have salt overdose, which I became nauseated and realized it was the new potassium powder not keeping up with the salts in my foods. Please, Krampade, have an option for just potassium with nothing else. Thank you.

Kramer No More
Solid product. I used to get lots of muscle cramps during my swims, typically 1.5 miles per day. After incorporating Krampade into my electrolytes water, I have significantly reduced those cramps. Easy to use and tastes pretty good to!

Easiest way to get large amounts of potassium
I started taking Krampade 2K in order to easily get the recommended potassium required. The only downside is it makes my stomach growl loudly and it goes straight through.

Great product, tastes bad
Listen and don't be like me. I bought 3 packs of this stuff without trying it and that was a mistake. This stuff is perfect and one of a kind, nothing out there has the potassium and fiber like this especially at the calories. I needed this for a very weird diet that I am doing and I can't recommend it more to hit certain nutrient goals while keeping calories down. Also, it doesn't thicken up like other fiber drinks which is nice. Now for the bad, don't believe anyone else saying that it tastes good because it doesn't. This is like drinking lemonade made with salt water, which makes sense because potassium is salt. What works for me is I mix a scoop of Krampade with 2 single packets of blue Gatorade zero and some 0 calorie sweetener in like 24ish ounces of water, it still isn't something I would drink if it didn't have the benefits but it is manageable. Just wanted to give anyone looking at this a heads up because you can't return it and I was terrified that I was gonna have to muscle down 18 ounces of lemon brine each day until I mixed up my formula. Hope that helps, good luck!

Try it to believe it!!!
I started to work out later in my life “I am 52 now” always feeling sore or getting muscle cramps was making feel like I did not to return to the gym. I tried drinking Krampade a little before, during and after my workout. The difference was huge in how I felt afterwards, no more stiffness or aching muscles! The customer Service is exceptional, they respond quickly when you have a question or an issue.Don’t just take my word for it, try it to truly believe it, you will feel a difference!

Trying them all
I tried the regular 2k version with sugar, liked it, and decided to try this one. It's a bit tart and more lime than lemon, unlike the other one, which has more lemon flavor. I still enjoyed it though. If you're sensitive to tart flavors, add in one of those single serving lemonades or Tang or something like that. It does have what can be described as a mineral or astringent taste to it, but you get used to it quickly and it doesn't linger for too long.Intended use will be to stay hydrated at work, but this might be the superior version to take with on a minimalist hiking trip where weight and space is at a premium and you likely have to supplement a high protein diet that consists of dried meat or similar.
