If you're looking for a good electrolyte powder for your daily water intake, this is it. The salt content is not high like some electrolyte powders but enough to keep your sodium level stable. It is sweetened with stevia which is my go-to sweetener as I am a type 1 diabetic. The various flavors are yummy and I've even mixed two different flavors when drinking 32-40 oz of water. I definitely would recommend if you're looking to keep hydrated.

These electrolytes have a perfect balance for hydration and they taste great (except the grape-sorry, just my opinion). I work out daily and live in a desert climate so for me this is a daily must have. Definitely helps replenish me. The individual packets are perfectly balanced portions so I can take one with me wherever. Love Dr Berg products!!

I need the potassium and am sick of taking so many tablets. This item is the only thing that offers enough potassium and I can put it in water so its easy. However this item is too sweet and has a funny aftertaste...probably the stevia. No returns because its a food item. Dr Berg products have been solid and worth every penny so I had to find a way. I just add one of these packets AND one Propel powder packet to my 32 or 40 ounce water bottles, shake it up with an ice cube and drink it throughout the day. Totally fixes the taste and I get the vitamin and mineral benefit from both. Costs about the same as tablets and is easier to deal with daily. I just match the Dr Berg flavor with the Propel flavor and it blends well. Sometimes I add chopped up frozen lemon as ice cubes in the lemonade flavored ones.

Dr. Berg Electrolyte Packets are a great way to get extra hydration and potassium needed throughout the day, especially when you’re out in the heat or working out. I always keep a packet in my handbag to take with me on the go. They taste great, are sugar free, and they help me get through afternoon cravings.

I really like how clean the ingredients are, but unfortunately did not love the taste. There is quite a chalkiness to it. I have POTS and rely on drinking electrolytes everyday. I am used to using supplement brand electrolytes and usually like most, yet this one did not hit the mark for me. Out of all of them, I think grape tasted the best.

As much as I like Dr Berg's products, i don't like this electrolyte powder. It makes me a little nauseous. Update: At first, i did not like the taste, but as time passes by, I was fine with it. I guess it's an acquired taste. I think the nausea is from tirzepatide as well. Berg team have excellent customer service!

I'm very upset about the taste of this product. It's tastes horrible and the package when I opened it had powder residue all over it and when checking to see if 8 can return the product it says non returnable and non refundable for this product on Amazon.ae... very frustrating because it was quite expensive to purchase.
