Just received the book, WOW! already have some great ideas just from skimming through. Cannot wait to read and implement some of these security shelter ideas. Thank you Mr. Skousen for the great book. Would recommend to anyone wanting to get some ideas on building and implementing a shelter for themselves and loved ones.

Great book. It was written for people who want to build a shelter to protect them from some of the evil that may surround them. I bought it because I was looking for ideas for a gun and reloading room. I figured that if this book has ideas for keeping bullets from getting in it would have good ideas for them not getting out, in case the unthinkable happens. He has a great idea for wall material to preform this task without costing a arm and leg.The book has more information then what I really needed but because of this book I am now planning for a larger room then first considered because I plan on using it as a storm shelter and keeping more valuables protected from fire or theft. This book is written for building a shelter area in a structure that is already built. The writer has another book if you are planning to build a whole house on this concept but it is much more expensive. This one is good enough for me.

It gives several different options for building a safe shelter in your home, and is detailed in solving any living problems that would happen if you had to stay there for a lengthy time.

Amazingly well thought-out with great quality and quantity of information from the author’s many years of experience in helping others to design and construct such shelters.

Great book, as the title says focused on building a shelter, but there's also a lot of great references in the book. Worth it for the references alone.

Very well thought out and detailed book. Must have for anyone planning ahead.
