Just what was required!
Light to hold and irons well - vertically! An excellent and well-priced product. It is light enough to pack in a suitcase for holidays or weekend trips. Brilliant.

disappointed bought for steam facility and it doesn't work
Just taken the steamer out of the box to try it out before going on a cruise. The item doesn't work the steam facility and steam button are not working at all and the iron is depositing white dust from sides of plate. Really disappointed as means I will not be able to exchange it in time for my cruise.

1st was faulty replacement ok
The 1st one arrived & heated but didn't steam. The company replaced it immediately without fuss & I've just tried the new one - it steams ok - not quite to the amount i thought it would, but does an ok job to what i need.

Very DisappointedIt is very annoying to secure the water from leaking out, and it doesn't sadly do the job it says. A waste of money !!!

My worst ever purchase!
this is a truly dreadful item. I read reviews before purchasing and thought on the whole they weren't totally negative. On receipt I carefully read & re-read the instructions before using and thought maybe other people reviewing hadn't read them properly & given all potential problems seem to have been covered in the instructions it might be down to user misuse. WRONG! I spent at least an hour (excessive considering this is just a steam iron) trying to get the results I want and sadly have to concede this product is not fit for purpose. Is does not steam beyond a couple of spurts, does not function as a steam iron and is barely passable as an iron. If I could have got away with a zero rating it would have been a zero score. Honestly the worst thing I've even purchased & will be returning.
