Leather Square Cut 120cm x 3 to 4mm Deck Shoe/Boot Laces Thongs

I can’t think of much to say about leather shoe laces. However these laces are excellent quality and I thoroughly recommend them. I’m not using mine for footwear, I’m using mine as a hat cord, they’re first class for that purpose.

This was actually a panic purchase, where the laces on my heavier Chatham shoes were showing signs of decline, and I didn't want to be caught short if they had broken.I have now located my earlier purchase - I can't be the only one with too many storage choices - and am now fully set up for such an eventuality, perhaps even extending to my lighter Timberland deck shoes in due course.

I purchased these at the end of Nov 2019. On lacing up my shoes one lace broke. I contacted seller and the lace was replaced. So far so good. Its now March 2020 and one of the laces is showing distinct signs of wear and I doubt it will last much longer. I would not recommend these laces.

Laces look exactly like the ones that broke in my Converse boots, however every time I do them up they shed and leave fragments of leather on the shoe which I then have to brush off. Otherwise very happy with them.

Bought these to make leather tiers for a drawstring bag, good quality, easy to cut to length. Good value and speedy delivery. Nothing not to like!

Perfect fit for Dubarry deck shoes. Used staples to attach new end to old broken laces to make threading through the eyelets happen. See photo.

Hat else can you say about these - they are very good quality laces that are plaenty long enough for any deck shoe. Fitted mine perfectly - although you'll need to work out a way to thread them through. You can get a special tool - but I just used a needle and thread, getting the thread through the end of the lace and then threading the needle though the deck shoe holes, pulling the thread and then the lace through eachs ection of heel leather. Dead easy process.
