My doctor wanted to put me on statins.I went to a health food store and they recommended this product to lower my cholesterol. this product lowered my cholesterol scored by 50 points. And I wasn’t taking it consistently. Maybe around 75% of the time before I went to get blood work done. I was told that there was some other things in there that are not so good for you. For me, the benefits outweigh the risks tenfold. It prevents me from having to go on stations. Amazon is cheaper than any healthy food store there.

Just recently had some blood work done, and my cholesterol was really elevated first time ever so brother from another mother suggested some things that I should start taking was Barlean’s OMEGA-3, I was like fish oil’s are nasty but I’ll do it low and behold this stuff is really good, i’ll let y’all know in three months if it helped.

I love this stuff! I could never tolerate taking fish oil in the past. I heard about this on a blog from Doc Jones, the Homegrown Herbalist and ordered it. What a huge difference in how I feel! I like to use it on top of my waffles or yogurt bowl like a yummy sauce!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:If you’ve never tried Barleans Omega products, give them a try. Fish oil without the fish taste. The flavors are so decadent, you want to have this product for dessert! This is a terrific product if you want Omega 3 without the fish-oil taste!

I put it into my morning salad. There is a little bit mango flavor and no any fish smell or flavor. I hate to take softgel so it is a great way to take some fish oil and Vitamin D.

I am currently using the Barleans key lime pie fish oil. I read many reviews stating no fishy taste well I am here to tell you it does have a fishy taste, kinda cringe thinking about taking it. Hopefully it will be worth it, its only my fourth day.

Tastes great, but more of a processed food than I realized with a lot of additives. I thought it was just flavored fish oil. I should have read the label more carefully. If you really hate fish oil and this is what it takes for you to ingest it, then this product is for you.
