I've had two of these in use 24/7 for just over two years now.......
They've both worked faultlessly.I've not tested the output with a meter, or anything like that. They've both just looked after two multi-screen pc's, modem, router and a couple of LED lamps day in day out.Update - 3 years later. Both have continued to work fine saving me from problems. Batteries needed replacing in both after about 2.5 years continual use - this was a doddle to do.Also, they seem to take out spikes in the mains supply. I had a laptop in the same room plugged straight into the mains - it got frazzled during a thunderstorm, but the pc's fed from the CyberPower were fine. Not sure though when the batteries will need replacing.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------6-year updateBoth still working fine since Sept-2015.Batteries changed every 2-years in each. These have saved me untold grief.I never expected the unit's to last so long, as I understood the rectifiers in UPS units had a limited life! It's now time to change the batteries again. As usual, I'll changed them in one to make sure the unit continues to function ok, and if ok then do the second one.

Dissappointing
The unit had a loud hum which I don't beleive should be present. I also think the unit had been used as it had marks on the front and was missing its manual.

Product that is not meant to be used in UK.
It consistently goes into voltage buck from exposure to 250V, which is totally normal by UK regulations (230V +10% - 6%). And hence it creates a annoying humming noise. AVR function is also not adjustable, hence you'll be stuck with UPS that goes into voltage buck every single late evening (when people turn off their appliances and voltage in the grid goes up).Returning the product. Also, ordered a replacement part as new, yet it came re-packaged, so beware of products that are advertised as new, although they are not.

Paid for itself within a week.
Pretty quiet in operation, and was immediately put to the test when a power cut struck within days of fitting it.It has already paid for it self three times over when it protected a piece of equipment that is notoriously prone to being damaged by black outs, costing several hundred £s in call out fees and replacement parts.

Product is rubbish because it does not work
Product is not fit for purpose since it does not work. It arrived in a damaged packaging which might be the main reason why it does not work at all. Based on that I cannot recommended this product to anyone because it is heavy, awkward to handle and difficult to repackaged for sending it back. Please avoid buying this product.

Excellent UPS - shame about the USB 1.0 port
Silent in use, great display (which switches itself off after a few seconds until you press the button) showing relevent information at the press of a button. Fan only kicks in when first powered up (for a few seconds) or when running off the batteries - even then it is not noisy. The UPS software (downloadable from the Cyberpower website) is very good and allows test scheduling and full control of when the UPS shuts down the PC in case of power failure. Small footprint and uses minimal PC resources.I bought two and both have been running without issue for a few years now.My only real gripe is that the UPS's PC connection is USB 1.0. This slows down all of the USB 2.0 ports on the PC that share the same USB controller, so even if they have USB 2.0 peripherals connected to them, they are all forced to operate at USB 1.0 speed.Such a small issue that could have made this a great UPS and earned it 5 stars. Cyberpower: upgrade the USB connection to USB 2.0 and this UPS is a real all-round winner!!!

Seems fine.
Works fine. Stated 3yr battery life, and only been online for a month so far and no storms or power outage since installed, to say much more. It's connected to a small server and the cyberpower virtual machine on VMware is happily talking to it via USB and was way to get working.

Not all ports are UPS
Only keeps some ports powered. First power cut and all my equipment went offline. Not documented anywhere which ports are battery backed.Overall pretty disappointed. Returned.
