Ideal as a towel rail (see photos), just need Ikea to include fixings
I wanted a small towel rail. I couldn't find this on the Ikea site, but I was happy to find it here; offered by another retailer and fulfilled by Amazon. I had to spend a couple of pounds on a bit of Lego to get the free delivery (ie make it up to £10), but that worked out cheaper than paying the postage.Anyway, the product itself - it's shorter than the usual bathroom towel rail, so it fits perfectly on the bit of wall next to my handbasin. Also, it doesn't stick out from the wall as much as others I've measured - again, ideal in my limited space. (See photos - taken from the front, and from above)It is self-assembly (well, it is from Ikea), but that wasn't a problem - it took about 2 minutes to put it all together with the allen key provided.I was, however, surprised to find that screws and plugs were not included for fastening the thing to the wall - I had to rummage in my toolbox to find 4 matching round-headed chrome/stainless steel screws and some wall plugs. I have hundreds of screws, but as usual, finding the exact 4 for the job was a bit of a "needle in a haystack" job. Come on, Ikea - how much extra would it cost to put 4 screws and plugs in the box?Now it's fitted, it looks quite smart beside my hand basin. It holds one fluffy hand towel, folded over longways.EDIT (APRIL 2017): If you live anywhere near an actual IKEA , it might be worth just going in and buying it there.I was in my local store today, and I saw this for sale at £2.50, yes £2.50. Still no screws though :-)

Nice strong rail for inside kitchen cupboard and takes a small towel and T-towel folded in half, so good for kitchen. Unfortunately and my stupidity I found after ordering this that it is 75% cheaper from Ikea, so please check first before you purchase so as not to get had like I was.

Excellent product, sold at a very high price
This is a great iconic IKEA product and has simple yet very functional design. Very practical for hanging anything from spray bottles to pots and pans, and quite small at only 40 cm width. Sold at IKEA originally at £ 2.50 it is not available any more, so this was a great place to buy it, even if

Saucepan lid holder
Works great as a saucepan lid holder when screwed to the inside of the base unit cupboard door. Used 2 of them.
