I used it to balance out the taste of my finished hard cider. My SO described the final product as "nectary," even though it was actually drier than my last batch! Combined with wine tannin, this stuff can hugely improve young cider made from store-bought juice.

Best value for high quality malic acid. I prefer to tweak my acid blend ratios to the wine rather than settle for pre-blended mystery acid or plain citric.
