Good costumer service
Was doing what it said in the can, but I've asked for the comms protocol to see the status in a computer, but apparently is unavailable. But, after a few weeks the unit stopped working, giving an alarm code that is not in the manuals. So, I've send an email to the technical service, but after a week I haven't had a reply. I think it is very simple, if the 1 month old unit stopped working, just replace or refund.Update:After having a chat with the seller customer service, they offer me to refund or replace the unit, I choose replace the unit, as it was working well (until it left working, maybe a fault). The new unit came in a few days, after installed it worked as expected. Still not feedback with the comms protocol, I'd like to have some feedback from the unit when not at home, but apparently that's not possible.

Possible faulty unit ... Good Value Concept, Good Company - Excellent Support Agent.
Bought this as an easy way to dabble with putting solar polar power into my shed. I had toyed with buying a solar generator such as a Jackery but these were very expensive. I hoped that having an all-in-one unit would be a little easier than having various items all interconnected. The first observations of the unit are as follows;1. The unit hangs from a strip/bracket that is attached to the top of the case. I've had to use cable ties to keep the lower half of the unit secured to the backboard that I have affixed it to. I've also run a permanent lead from one of the sockets to a twin socket mounted on my wooden panel so as not to keep moving the bottom of the unit.2. There are no instructions with the unit except a generic specification sheet that covers a number of models.3. The controller I think is a PMW and not MPPT - bummer!4. The display panel doesn't tell you much and it does not seem to accommodate any programming. The only button is the power button. How the unit knows what type of battery you have I don't know - there are no instructions.5. There is no dedicated 12v outlet. Not important to me but maybe to other folk.6. On connecting it all up, there is an Error 32 being displayed and a really annoying bleep that cannot be turned off. I don't know what his error means as it's not covered in the instructions and I can not find any reference to it via google. However, the display is flashing low battery. I gave it a couple of hours charging but it didn't make any differenceUpdate: Think I know what the problem is. My mistake. I don't have enough battery voltage. I need 24v and I only have 12v. So I need to order another battery!!Update: Additional battery has been ordered. Eco Worthy has contacted me and will send me a manual. I'll provide a more balanced review and some pictures when it's hooked up again. At this moment I would caution potential buyers to do more research and consider buying a mppt kit or separates - especially if you want to monitor loads of points and track inputs/outputs etc.Update#2. received second battery and connected everything as per instructions and things appeared to be working well. 24 hours later however I noticed the system had shut down. the only way to get it back to life is to disconnect and reconnect the battery (with a big spark!). This wakes the unit up for around a minute before it shuts down again. I have a healthy voltage from the solar panel and the combined battery voltage is 24.5v. have written to EcoWorthy and await their response.Update#3. Three days later I can only communicate with Eco worthy via Amazon vendor feedback as their stated email address does not work. Each replay takes 24hours to e responded to. So far I have explained the issue 4 times and the only response is to charge the battery (which I cannot do as the charging unit is faulty). The support analyst thinks I only need 14v battery which cannot be correct as it's a 24v device (and you will recall a single battery didn't work). I really wish I had not purchased this unit now and will be looking for a refund. God knows how much the postage will be to return this stuff, and lets not forget the additional costs of cables, wood panels, etc.Update #4. The Eco worthy support agent very kindly accepted by invite to communicate directly via email to work around the amazon and email gateway delays. Things really picked up and we were able to do a range of tests. Part of this required me to purchase a specialist Lithium battery charger. (this cost 60 euro in Halfords - ouch and took 18 hours to trickle charge). The theory was that that the batteries were below a threshold and the unit could not bring them up. I'm not an electrician but I thought Lithium batteries could be drained quite low and what's the point of an integrated charger if it cannot charge? Anyway, I did as asked (twice in fact) and the bottom line was that it made no difference and the unit still shuts down after a couple of hours. So now ECO Worthy is going to replace my unit. ! I'm going to increase my rating to 3 stars because the support has been excellent despite a 9hr time difference and the no quibble replacement offer.Final Update ( I Hope)Due to logistical issues in the UK warehouse, Eco Worthy has now offered a full refund and asked me to hold on to the original unit until further notice. I have accepted this generous offer which I have accepted. I've further increased the star rating to reflect the excellent customer service of the support agent (Momoko) and the fact that a refund has been offered. I think I may have been unlucky with the unit as the solar panels and batteries all seem ok.So my conclusion.Eco Worthy is a good company to deal with and despite my issue, I'd use them again. Their products are physically well made and packaged. Delivery to Ireland was no problem and took around 5 days. The AIO unit is a good idea for folk who are not keen to make up cables and maybe have limited space. There are a couple of limitations for some people - The main one is that this seems to be a PWM device and not MPPT so it may not be the best for our climate. If you are into monitoring performances there's not much user data to look at and no connections to PCs etc. There is no alternative load connector - its 240v ac only. You need 2 x 12v batteries and possibly 2x 12v solar panels minimum. This is not clear in the guides or product description. The user guide itself is fairly sparse. The unit appears to be a good value for money and at present, I don't believe there is a competitive product for the UK/IRL market on Amazon.

1500w 24v Eco worthy
Very good value for money, good quality and does what it's says on the tin. The installation was a piece of cake.I bought this hybrid inverter for my holiday house in Africa in feb2023, I was unsure if it, but I give it a try and it's been 1 year and 5 months of every day use and not a single issue. Am well pleased so far. 5 starsI have bought another 2 for my relatives. 😁

First class hybrid inverter.
Can't fault this inverter. Had a problem with the first one with a fan error, Eco Worthy got in touch after putting in a return, had some details and issued a replacement right away. It's now installed fully running our workshop.Definitely recommended for home or workshop installation (depending on max power draw. Please consult an electrician).

Had an internal fault within a few weeks. However the company sent a full replacement.
Had an internal fault within a few weeks. On button never worked properly. Seller sent a full replacement- will test it soon. I have been asking the company about the Absorption and Float voltages- they cannot be changed but it would be good to know the settings, which are not displayed in the manual.

It doesnt put out the power youd hope it does, but it does do a good job
When you hope to get close that 3k it will trip every safety its got. It handles lights, freezers, televisions and some other appliances just great but anything with a heavy draw like a small deep fryer, and yeah forget it. lol. Is great for things that need special conversions.. i have a commercial trailer that struggles hard when plugged in to the house mains, but plugged in this while this is plugged in to the house mains for some reason is a work of beauty. the trailer loves it.
