Q: Can the mounting brackets be reversed so the input cord and outlets are on the front of the rack?

There are power outlets in both sides of the device, so you can mount it on the front of your real or the back and have power in both directions.

Yes. (RS-1215-20 - UL 1449 - download and the specification sheet(s) from Tripp-Lite web site and that should answer all your questions regarding this item.

Q: Is this a 115 V unit or a 220?
