Q: How do i avoid mold? i’ve had to throw a couple away and i wish i could just clean them!

Mold dissapears MAGICALLY from cloth or bibs in 30 seconds by putting baking soda and them pouring a little clorox bleach; scrub 10 seconds with gloves, and its gone! I discovered this after throwing away many an item. Rinse well with water afterwards of course. Then laudry or soap wash. It might keep future mold at bay.

Q: has anyone gotten mold on the bib and successfully got rid of it?

I rinse thoroughly in hot water in the sink and soak with Dawn Powerwash Spray after each feeding until the end of the day when I’m ready to put all my grandkids’s laundry in the wash. I have a different brand bib I use in the am, and then 2 different Bibados for the other 2 meals. I machine wash on regular cycle in WARM water along with ALL of the rest of the day’s laundry (I always include a scoop of powdered Oxy-Clean even though my laundry detergent already has it in the ingredients), and then I just hang to dry. I’ve never had or heard of them getting mold. Don’t let it sit soiled overnight. You could also try soaking in a Tilex-type mold-treatment spray, along with laundry stain remover, Dawn Powerwash spray, and scrub some powdered Oxi-Clean over the top, let it sit for a while, and then wash on heavy duty cycle with WARM water. I can’t imagine that concoction NOT being able to remedy your issue! Good luck!

Q: It says machine washable online but mine just arrived and it says to wipe clean. can i machine wash it, and if so what setting?

Little messes I wipe, big ones I just throw it in the wash and hang to dry (it has gone to the dryer accidentally) and haven't had a problem, I just make sure to buckle the velcro. If you are concerned do it on delicate and hang to dry.
