I love a good hot sauce, so I can never pass up an opportunity to try a new type. I think that all of these sauces had a great flavor, but did not find them to be as spicy as I expected. I like things really spicy though, so don't trust that too much. They were not without spice by any means. I have a few friends who can not handle spice, and I am sure these would be too much for them. I felt like they had a delayed spicy kick. First you notice the sweet fruity flavor then the spice hits you. It was a nice balance between the two, in my opinion. These are all made with limited ingredients, which seem to be good quality. They have a wide mouth bottle so they can pour out rather quickly if you aren't careful. They are a thicker type of sauce though, not super runny. I like the variety pack so you get a little different flavors for everybody. The peach mango was probably the least spicy of the three. I could get hints of peach and mango when I tried this one out. This one really has a good flavor. They suggest grilled shrimp with this one. I didn't try it, but I think I will someday. The crisp apple is probably your middle ground spice level. There is a little more heat and a little less of the fruity compliment. It is probably my least favorite of the three, but it is still tasty. The strawberry will give you the most spice of the three. It kind of makes my previous statements a lie as it is runnier than the other two and more like a traditional hot sauce. Also, it gives you the spice first with the slight fruity taste after. I did not anticipate this one to be my favorite, but I always go for the spicy one.Overall, these are all very good and definitely worth a try. I think they would make a good gift for hot sauce lovers as well. The box it comes in is pretty fun and makes it perfect as a gift.

This hot sauce is worth the try just for how unique they taste, but they're just a bit too expensive for me to recommend outright.I'm not a big fan of vinegar flavors dominating hot sauces, so this is a very welcome set. The vinegar flavor is somewhat minimal here, and instead the sourness is quite fruity.The mango tastes good, with a tropical sourness, but the overall flavor is "old", as the mango flavor just doesn't taste as fresh as I was expecting. It's still a nice scotch bonnet flavor, which already lends itself nicely to a fruity flavor.The strawberry is a bit odd. The sourness is still fruity, but it just doesn't have a strawberry taste to me. Knowing it's supposed to be strawberry makes it taste a bit off to me, but the flavor on it's own is still good with the garlic and Gochujang paste. It has a nice sweet and spicy balance.The apple is probably the best tasting, but the apple flavor is a bit musky tasting.Overall, the "fruit" flavors in these all taste aged/matured a bit... which makes sense for the hot-sauce making process. They're all medium spicy to me, and the heat lingers for a while. If you're sensitive to spicy pain, this isn't a good choice.I ordered these May 2022, and they're all marked Best by August 2023. The bottles don't say one way or another, but I would recommend refrigerating them - the acidity seems too low to be shelf stable once opened.

The order comes with three bottles of hot sauces. Each of them are 5 oz in size. There are three (3) flavors - Apple jalapenos, peach mango scotch bonnet, and jalapeno strawberry. It's a nice blend of sweet and spicy flavors with the sweetness coming from the fruits. I would say the spicy level is at a medium, coming from someone who likes to eat a lot of spicy food. I did really enjoy it because it's not just spicy all throughout, there's also a nice flavor to it which you can add to a variety of food.

This is a very fun and unique set of hot sauces that make a perfect gift for a hot sauce lover! My husband is a fan of sauce and is always happy to try different flavors and strength of heat. He likes a good kick of heat, and can definitely handle a lot more than me, but he doesn't like heat with no flavor. He was very satisfied with these hot sauces, I also liked the flavors but they ended up being stronger on the heat department than I prefer.His favorite was strawberry jalepeno. To him it had a great strong heat with a slightly sweet flavor that went really well on a variety of foods, chicken, rice, sandwiches etc.His second favorite was the apple one he liked the blend of flavors but it wasn't as hot as strawberry so it came second.He said he didn't like peach mango. He didn't think the flavor mix and the sweetness was a good combination. I was surprised because Peach is usually his favorite flavor. I think it may not have been hot enough for him.The price seems fair, they are really unique blends and high quality. They will last a long time and make a nice fancy gift set.

These Bushwick Kitchens x Angry Orchard Weak Knees sauces are tasty and compliment a wide range of foods. I do have preferences, though.My biggest flaw with this set was that the Strawberry Jalapeño doesn't have much sweetness and definitely no strawberry flavor. While that is disappointing for sure, even that one is still an interesting and flavorful, albeit deceptively intense sauce. It's by far the hottest sauce in the set, and it pours slowly. As they recommend on the bottle, it goes well with hummus, diffusing the flavor and blending nicely.The Peach Mango Scotch Bonnet is definitely a hit in my books, with a vibrant fruity flavor and a fair kick of heat. It's very versatile and sweet, and it carries its flavors well.Finally, the Crisp Apple Jalapeño is my favorite in the whole set. The crisp green apple bittersweet plays perfectly with the jalapeño and serrano, and the apple butter just complements that. As you might expect from Angry Orchard, their apple hot sauce is just bursting with flavor, perfect for any dish that could use a hint of apple sourness.This is an interesting and unusual set of hot sauces, and they would make a great gift for your favorite lover of spicy food. Highly recommend!!
