Decent Price Point, Stepper Motor is LOUD, Solid Construction
Coming from a Roland VersaCamm, I'll try not to be too hard on this... It cuts Oracal 651 wonderfully, it even cuts carbon fiber car wrap pretty well. It is capable of fairly complicated designs, although if that's what you're into definitely get the Titan 3 with its servo motors. The stepper motors in this are still fairly loud, and I can't but help to think of the cheap US Cutters and Saga's every time I look at this machine [and all the other rebranded plotters]. It looks like it was painted blue, bundled with stand & grab rollers, catch tray, upgraded internals and sold as a Titan. It cuts at a good speed and it seems to be capable of over 500 grams of force [cutting reflective, anyone?] It came with three blades - I haven't identified them yet as 45, 60 etc and no paper work says anything. THERE IS NO MANUAL! Grab the PDF online [assembly instructions are in this PDF, they won't be in your box. You may need them for picture reference]. It does come with serial cable, USB cable, power cable. The software it comes with you download [thank you! I don't even own a cd rom anymore]. . Once assembled it's solid. Except for the bracket that holds the rollers so you can feed a vinyl roll into it. The rollers fall out, your roll of vinyl is unwound on the ground. This bracket should have been designed differently. I wish it was on locking casters instead of rubber pads. The software is very mediocre but it does its job at tracing. It seems to have a problem important SVG's and AI files as contours... I have to feed it PNG's and JPEG's. The contours created from these aren't always perfect, and you will really notice on your cut. I fed it a RIDICULOUSLY complicated image, and it managed to cut it all out decently for a stepper motor. I couldn't even weed that one! This particular machine should work with other software. The cheap plotters only work with one chosen piece of proprietary software. Fulfillment & shipping were fast. I was expecting to wait over a week but I was pleasantly surprised. The bottom line, this machine is acceptable for production. It is easy to set up software/hardware wise, it's like Ikea with no instructions to assemble, but I wish I had just sprung on the Titan 3 to bridge the gap between their $300 plotter line and a professional machine. Not because of capability, but for speed and NOISE LEVEL!!!This machine will give me tons of fun to come, and I'll report back to see how it's held up.

Assembling the table is a pain in the ass
Assembling the table is a pain in the butt the screws are too long the tools are not correct and it does not come with instructions, I do not recommend buying the table I have been putting it together for two days and I have not been able to use the cutting machine.

No instructions, pulled them up online. Once assembled and the software is installed, trivial to use.
