Great for physical therapy at home
Bought this after being in physical therapy and my therapist recommended. I did buy the 18 inch and ended up returning it for the 36 inch. highly recommend for stretches at home or the gym.

Does the job to lift or set a limb on. Sturdy enough for stretching your back on as well.

Does your work require sitting?
If sitting is your work, in all likelihood this will be quickly appreciated. Eric Berg DC has a particularly well done YouTube on the importance of lower back (spine) support when sitting.

Hard, stiff, not flexible
Is what it says it is. However it is rock hard. Yes it says it is extra firm foam. But this is harder than packing foam; absolutely NO give to it at all. I will keep it as some exercises can be done, but I can't imagine laying on top of it.

Must have for plantar fasciitis
Color is fine. Very firm. Lightweight. I use it to stretch my calves and feet out for plantar fasciitis. Great exercise benefits for the money.
