This radio for the price is very good. I only have two complaints. 1.) for some reason the device does not turn off when the ignition is is turned off. I have the device wired correctly and I have double checked it per the directions (Which are tiny and short). But it is easily turned off using the power button, you just have to remember to do it. 2.) Also, for some reason the GPS signal tends to go in and out about every 3-5 minutes. This makes using the GPS a little annoying, though it does work. Overall though for the price, it is a very good purchase.

If I could give negative stars I absolutely would for this product. I have never ordered something this horrible before. First it didn't come with all of the components that it was supposed to. Amazon did make good on that and issued a refund for the extra stuff I had to purchase. Then after paying for professiona installation, it didn't work properly! It wouldn't automatically connect to my phone after setting it up, there was a horrible high pitched "whining" sound that the tech said was the internal amp on the radio, it wouldn't allow my back up camera to automatI call switch, and the list goes on. I ended up having to get it removed so I could send it back and purchased a Kenmore. Don't waste your money on this...

Reason I got it was for the bluetooth and it has horrible signal from just inches away it wont work and will cut off so much I have it connected to a samsung galaxy s7 edge.

There were issued so I returned it .

You get what you pay for I have it in my truck. The only problem is the GPS doesn't work followed the instructions to the letter still didn't work contacted support got nothing.

This thing is junk. I've emailed support three times already for the link to download the map for the gps and haven't heard anything. Honestly spend a little more money and get something better. Who ever heard of having to email someone for a program. The remote doesn't work. The manual is awful. It tells you nothing about the buttons or settings and it looks as if someone printed it from their own computer. For another $50 you can get a lot better system. I have been emailing them back and forth concerning the remote not working. They take forever in their response and still have not fixed the problem. They are only worried about the negative rating I gave them.

The demnsion are not the same as a double din radio. It did not fit in the double din dash kit it was to big.
