Good deal
Great buy! Used all over my hair, didn't lighten as much as hoped but still happy with product.

Finally a permanent purple that lasts.
It does fade a tad with each wash. Purple seems to be a difficult color to maintain. It starts out dark & is gorgeous. Even when a month has gone by it's still a great color.

Sunset Pink to Blush Peach 10/10
Full marks to this lesser-used drugstore brand hair dye. It has achieved more for me than the professional dyes, delivering a shade I hadn’t managed to mix either at home or using a salon colorist.First the good stuff:PROS:- it really does comes out the color you see on the box. That alone is worthy of note.- No transference to pillowcases, towels, or clothes. That one is huge and I buried the lede there.- It fades uniformly and maintains a proportionate pink undertone.CONS:- It fades quite a bit. Granted, all red tones famously tend to do that, and the fading is gradual and not particularly noticeable week to week, but it does fade from a sunset pink to a peach blush. Ideal for me as I was actually searching for a pinkish apricot shade.Photos show the color both newly dye and after 6 weeks of product and heat styling.

Love the purple, disappointed in the red
I have very dark (nearly black) hair. Basically the color that the box says not to bother dying because it won’t work. But I have some grays and I thought even if it only dyed the grays, it might look cute. Well, it was fantastic. It only dyed some of the grays (grays seem to take the color better than whites) but it also gave my dark hair a purple jewel tone that looks so pretty! Even my mother liked it (and she was horrified that I was going to dye my hair purple at first). So after months of using the purple, I thought I would see what the red is like because the blue is out of stock. Definitely regretting that. The red did dye my hair, but also stained my scalp flaming orange, and I can’t get the staining off even with oils and really scrubbing. I spent a long time trying to get the color off my scalp (I never had this issue with the purple) without success, then put on my robe, and my hair stained the back of my robe red even though it had long since rinsed clear in the shower. An absolute disaster. I am going back to the purple and won’t ever use the red again. I’d love to try the blue but red is a solid Nope.

(Purple) STAIN not a real thick "DYE." Not great for dark color-treated dreads.
The media could not be loaded. Didn't get the "intense vibrant color" I hoped for with Grape Expectations. Granted I have dreads that I've been dyeing the bluest black/darkest blue or purple I can find, but...Had it been actual thick DYE rather than a suspiciously light purple STAIN more like Manic Panic (but with less run-off), I would've been happy. This, however is... Mehhhh. Barely even showed up on my roots.

Unreal color
I have very light hair and it turned out really dark, like blue black, nothing to do with the color it says.

Hair color
My hair just didn’t take. It was light weight, pretty in color and didn’t come spilled which was a huge plus.

Great color, great coverage!
Ever since my beloved Vidal Sasson London Luxe "Runway Red" has gone on the endangered list, I've been searching for a new deep but vibrant red that also covered grays. There have been some absolute failures, even with hair colors others swore by (lookin' at you, Revlon Colorsilk), and I was starting to think I'd have to pay Ebay prices to get 2 boxes of the remaining supply. But one last try! The color on the box was promising.Y'all. Y'ALL. Look at that color! Also smelled... well, not great, I mean I don't want a bottle of it as perfume or anything, but it didn't burn my nose and there was a lightly fruity scent to it. The only problem I had was with the width of the tip on the distributor bottle. It was VERY narrow and hardly any came out. Given how thick my hair was, treating my roots alone would've taken an hour. I just used scissors to cut lower down to a wider part, and it worked fine. I assume this was because they included a little brush that you're supposed to use on your roots? Uh, look at my hair. Unless I want to be there all night separating sections and painting, naw brah. I just squirt it on and rub it around.Other than that, there were no surprises. If you've ever colored your hair red before, you know the drill. Looks like a murder scene yadda yadda, comes off on the pillow cases blah blah blah. I cannot wait to see how this color ages. As it stands, absolutely recommended. No reservations.FYI, I do put my hair in a plastic cap and then wrap it in a towel to lock in some heat, and I always leave it on a bit longer than manufacturer recommendations (in this case, 30 minutes instead of 25).

Super Cover But Instructions Not Great!
This was for my son and I applied it as he has dark blonde hair and wanted to go darker, my first issue was the instructions , there was every language but English which made life complicated, then by the images on other languages I gathered needed a bowl to mix, which is unusual for this brand as used others myself! The bottle was really small and it did not make a huge amount so really had to work it through as he has neck length hair and wanted full coverage, I left it on for 40 minutes and just did as would do with other dyes .It did cover his hair and a lovely dark brown so that is the plus but ridiculous if your a first time user and you cannot understand the instructions, this obviously was not meant for sale in the UK !

Hair dye
Not bad but I have had better, not alot in the box so if you have alot of hair you would need two boxes, covered the gery but not as dark as the rest of your hair.
