Kerastase Materialiste All Over Thickening Spray Gel, 6.59 Ounce

I must be crazy to not realize I was paying almost $100 for hair thickener. I’m embarrassed to admit I ordered it in a rush, had purchased before, NEVER paid this much. I like the product, but not that much!

Keratase has good name brand recognition. I've been trying a range of different hair styling products (that have keratin) to get height, fullness & shine. I also bought different Keratase shampoos and conditioners to try. This product is OK, not the greatest. You can feel a little stiffness in your hair, not sticky, doesn't impart any shine, but doesn't give my hair the amount of height and fullness I was looking for. I initially ordered the gel on Amazon a few months ago but prefer spray application. I finally found the spray recently on Amazon, ordered it, hoping to get even coverage of the product. The product is too thick to come out of the spray nozzle evenly. My roots are flat and heavy days after use. Even still, no real height or fullness. It may be a great product for other types of hair, but I won't buy this again. Sorry.

Nice product for adding that not-so-soft, textured feeling to dry hair. I use 4-5 sprays on wet hair, after massaging Kerastase Forme Fatale to wet hair, and my fine, soft hair feels thicker and not limp. Do not use too much or you will have a sticky feeling and possibly bits of residue on the areas of your hair around your face.

I have used this gel for several years, in combination with other products. I have fine, blonde, curly/wavy hair. It is a head-full of limp noodles without products. This gel is the silent warrior in my effort to fight flat and limp hair. I have bought it through the salon many times before I found it on Amazon. It is exactly the same product as the salon for $10 less. I will keep buying it through Amazon.

I have very fine, limp hair. I found this product on a cruise—it is a root spray, that adds volume and styling to my hair. Blow drying with a round brush is enough, and it can be revived for a few days with just some water mist. Second bottle. Have tried zillions of brands. Team this up with the shampoo, and even better. The conditioner is pricey, so haven’t tried it yet.

I have thin hair and this thickening spray gel works great to make my hair look great. I always got it at my salon, and they stopped stocking this, and I bought it on Amazon for about 25% less- why didn't I buy this on Amazon before??? Now I can use more often!

Love this product. It helps hold shape without being sticky. It has a nice clean scent without being perfumy or over powering. That is important to me because I am very sensitive to fragrance.

Love this for my hair

Works very well on my fine hair, I have tried many products to help give my hair a little bit of oomph and a lot of products do nothing at all and some are ok, this one seems to work well, although when my hair needs a cut I think nothing short of super glue and cement will help! It seems a fairly large bottle but I am using it up quite quickly, so maybe not as long lasting as I would of hoped, but it does the job. Washes out easy enough, no problem with any build up of residue so far.

Works well on my fine hair. Took a little trial and error to get that amounts right. But very happy with the results

Didn't do the job for me but I do have serious hair loss. It just made it stick up and I could't control my little bit of hair!
