Works good but can burn if left on too long

The media could not be loaded. My wife, who is Asian, wanted to use this product to relieve knee pain in her right knee. This type of medicine she is used to using. So when she tried it last night and it burned her knee so bad she was thinking it was a fluke. Tried it again just now and the burning sensation was so unbearable she had to remove it within 30 seconds. She washes her knees beforehand so I do not believe that is the issue. We are attaching a video of her removing it and the redness after less than 30 seconds.

I like how they apply a heat to my knee and lower back, and how adhesive they are. I can wear one all day and they stay in place. They get HOT! Sometimes they can leave a rash if I continue to use them consecutively.

These patches are great for pain relief! They are super sticky and don’t come off easy. They function with heating up several times throughout the day of wearing treatment!

The product is great and work. Every time my knee is acting up,I put the patch on for 8-10 hours, then next day the pain is gone.
