Great noodles
Great replacement for regular noodles. Love the rice! Easy to prepare. I didn't notice a fish smell with this brand.

Good stuff
Great with a packet of those Indian foods heated on top. Impressive substitute for rice, albeit a bit pricy.

Nec
Not even close to rice in texture, flavor, or mouth feel. Regardless of how you strain or cook this product it will retain a wet and gummy texture. It was a wholly dissatisfying experience.

Decent Miracle Noodle Product
Good noodle product for your money with average carb content and good calorie count. They smell like any other noodle product by Miracle noodles so this will be nothing new if you've used them.

Consistently good
This is a staple for us and is by far the best “keto” rice substitute we us including riced vegetables.

Something went wrong 😑, somewhere
Not quite sure if the preservative process didn't go well or maybe they froze? My first bag after receiving my shipment basically came out like straight mush and seeped through my little strainer. No they weren't all like this but when you're planning on meals and budgeting around everything, it's a bummer when one whole bag is useless. The 3 star review is due to 1 of 6 bags (so far, as I'm not sure what I'm gonna get until I open them) being useless. The second and third bag I opened was fine. Definitely a little chewy, but I made some low-carb mac & cheese with these and although it wasn't perfect, it kind of took that craving away. Flavorless, no fish smell...that was a bonus!

Strange but good
I saw this guy advertise this on TikTok and because I’m on a more mindful eating diet plan I decided to give this rice a try. It’s very strange at first, reminds me of boba or orbies consistency. They’re little balls. But so easy to make and I make a Chicken Fried Rice dish and it tasted great. They lack a little flavor on their own but I think in a dish they’re great. Very little calories and minimal ingredients makes this a good rice substitute.

Good
Not rice but a good substitute for. Trick not to overcook to dry out granules.
