Came quick, looks cool, and came in a cool box..awesomeStirring motion could be a little stronger...if i had to rate the strength of the stirring motion from low to high, it would be low-moderate.

It worked for a few weeks and then stopped. I am disappointed because my father in law really loved it but now it doesn't work and it isn't the batteries

Well, my kid loved this mug for the first 5 weeks we owned it. It has a surprisingly strong motor and creates a nice whirlpool while stirring the chocolate milk. I noticed upon first use that there was something small jostling around in the cup somewhere. I didn't bother exchanging it since the cup was working find. I would say we used it about 6-7 times, only because it is a hassle to handwash. I would take out the batteries and carefully wash the mug so as not to get the battery compartment (located under the mug) wet inside. The screw on lid does not keep all the water out. Anyways, we tried using it this morning and it no longer works. Put in fresh batteries...nothing. My return window closed Aug. 4. Rather expensive at $18 for a mug that worked less than 10 times.
