Shuttle T-LOK Broad heads have a reputation for incredible accuracy, toughness and devastating entrance and exit wounds. The Shuttle T has set the bar for replacement blade heads with a "No Lost Blades" Guarantee. The patented T-Shaped connection between the blades and the ferrule prevent the Shuttle T blades from separating from the ferrule even when shot into solid bone, concrete and metal. The sweeping blade Ange also increases the total amount of razor blade surface without increasing overall size. The result is oversized holes while maintaining ultimate downrange accuracy.

Blades Not Sharp
I tested the blades for sharpness by cutting a piece of paper. These blades did not cut...they tore. I compared the T-loc with paper cuts from a muzzy and grim reaper blades and they both cut like a razor easily slicing the paper. The T-loc blades could not slice the paper and when forced were able to tear through the paper. The T-loc has a smallish cutting diameter of 1 3/16' on a 100 grain broadhead which should be fine for hunting if the blades were sharp. I'll try and hone the blades to get them sharper but if I'm unable to get them razor sharp I will not hunt with them. I've experiment with different broadheads and have bow hunted for over 40 years and if you want a broadhead you can use out of the package for the best possibility of an ethical kill, this broadhead is not it. I've read other posts about the blades not being sharp on these T-locs and the reviewers attributed it to a possible quality control issue from the manufacturer. Looking at the blade closely I don't believe this is a quality control issue as much as it is the method of manufacturing which simply does not hone the blade to a razor edge.

Excellent Broadhead if you enjoy sharpening stainless steel and purchasing replacement blades.
Most accurate Broadhead on the market. Also one of the most inconsistent. You can count on at least one Broadhead out of every package being nicked up, dull or otherwise damaged. Three packages in a row have required sharpening, or replacement blades. This includes the brand new stainless ones you see here. Trophy taker will ask you to work with the vendor, so unless you purchase these from somewhere in your neighborhood, you will have to mail them back. My favorite Broadhead on the market, that I will unfortunately never use again.

Flys like field tips!
With my Matthews SDX bow set at 60lbs, 28” draw, 400s black eagle, whisker biscuit, lumenok, these fly like field tips at 20 and 30 yards. I would buy again. The blades can be swapped out if you damage them. Huge plus.
