MET-Rx Creatine Powder, 400 gram, Pre or Post-Workout Supplement

I continue to have great workouts using this MET-Rx creatine. It's the only supplement I use other than multiple vitamins. I add this creatine to 8 ozs. of water and it goes down fine. It is a little grainy but not a big deal. If you want creatine that works, this is an effective product. If you want Kool-Aid because it tastes better, then drink Kool-Aid.

This product mixes very well leaving minimal residue. It is flavorless and does not affect the flavor of what it is mixed with.

Little to no taste. Really mixes with any liquid. One of the few supplements proven to enhance your ability to train hard.

This is a good deal if you can get it for the rights price. I got this because my usual creatine has gotten too expensive. This mixed pretty good in juice and wasn't too grainy. Will buy again if the price stabilizes

Cheap stuff, unflavored gotta mix with fructose containing juice (no water for this one). Good buy, I'm happy.

This creatine works great. I have seen gains in muscle and strength. The muscle repair after intense workouts with MetRX Creatine is noticeable. Plus the pump during workouts is awesome.

Very easy to take in any liquid even just water as it has no taste at all. Priced was good and a respected company , highly recommend

I have used this brand over 15 years ago and at the time my diet didn’t have much meat or fish in it so the result was sort of insane as I gained strength and muscle growth . Fast forward and I am in my late 30 I though let’s give Optimum nutrition a go I used it for 3.5 weeks and I couldn’t really feel or see huge difference, to be fair I was training at home with light weight and load of push ups . I ordered Met-Rx to see if it would make any difference. What I noticed after two days of 5g a day that my muscle instantly looked fuller and had definitely more reps. So it seems like my body responds better met-Rx.There you have it, I deducted one star as after mixing some of the creatine would settle at the bottom, my advise would be to drink it instantly after shaking.
