Having previously used different herbal testosterone enhancers I am thoroughly impressed with my initial experience with SD 200. Only in my first week of use I've experienced highly noticeable yet subtle affects. First I noticed a seeming more aggressive mood, accompanied by dreams of highly confrontational situations. ( I took dosage at night both times these dreams occurred; I have since resorted back to only early morning dosages and that affect ceased ). I am noting a greater feeling of well being and subtle vitality boost, as well as an increased heightened reaction to women. My libido is also enhanced ( though it is highly substantial already ). I am feeling a greater sense of strength. Needless to say in just my first week i am impressed. I already supplement my diet with arginine, turmeric and rich zinc. i have also noted a stronger "man scent" after vigorous exercise like running, body weight workouts, rebounding and cycling. This is product that appears to have a potency that needs to be respected and used following a strict dosage regime. I have ordered additional bottles and after thoroughly digesting the info from the free download on the SD 200 website; I have also ordered the AE 3 bottles to assist in any estrogen reduction & blocking I might need to further maximize the SD 200. Potent, powerful, and just in my first week! Appears to be the BEST test enhancing herb yet. For the serious I highly recommend this formulation.

I believe customers of this product are being misled by Amazon. I suggest all of you educate yourselves on how “Extracts” are measured. Amazon states that this product has an Extract Ratio of 200:1 However, the bottle states the Extract Ratio is 1:200. This has the appearance of a discrepancy of what Amazon states is the contents of this product of 1 part in 40,000, meaning that there is only 1 part of Tongkat Ali in what is the perception of its customers of its content.Those who have replied as to the effectiveness of this Tongkat Ali would appear to be experiencing a placebo effect if the Amazon Extract Ratio of 200 parts of Tongkat Ali is extracted from 1 part of Bulk Herbs, and could be being cheated, BIG TIME.If, for example, you look at competing products of Tongkat Ali from other brands, the ratio is stated oppositely, in other words the Extract Ratio is MUCH greater, although Extract Ratios of 20:1 or 100:1 may appear to be much less than the Amazon Extract Ratio to those who are uneducated in how Extract Ratios are determined.I do welcome criticism of this analysis, but be sure you identify whether you have a conflict of interest when doing so, or present your opinion with an analytical analysis of your understanding of the Extract Ratio of this product.If I am correct about this, and I think I am, this product should be removed from Amazon for being fraudulently advertized. As stated previously, Amazon’s statement of the ration is in error by 40,000 Extract Ratio parts. This could be a HIGHLY diluted product and is unlikely to have any benefit to those who use it.Those who have criticized the effects of Tongkat Ali should rethink the reason for its ineffectiveness, meaning you may be dealing with a fraudulently advertised product whose strength is being fraudulently advertized as to the Extract ratio, as stated above. Please do the math and you will arrive at the same conclusion; 200:1 is NOT the same as 1:200 and what Amazon has presented to you is not a simple typo. It is a possible blatant example of fraudulent advertising.Wikipedia states the following:“...Products claiming various . longifolia extract ratios of 1:20, 1:50, 1:100, and 1:200 are sold. Traditionally, E. longifolia is extracted with water and not ethanol. However, selling E. longifolia extract based on extraction ratio may be confusing and is not easily verifiable, but extracts of the higher strength ratios tend to be darker in colour, a very dark brown at the 1:200 ratio.This appears to confirm the bottle describing Extract strength of 1:200 is accurately indicating a higher strength than, for example, 1:100. However if you read all of the Wikipedia article there is a high degree of fraud involved in the marketing of this product by various brands, some of which can be dangerous to use.I’ve looked at nearly all the reviews and, amazingly, no one else has noticed this discrepancy as being worthy of comment.Any sales of this product should specify that the Extract Ratio is determined by the Tongkat Ali that is obtained by a Bulk Herb Total of a certain weight so there is no question about what is meant by the Extract Ratio. This should be standardized by a reputable laboratory that is widely recognized, just as electrical parts are given a UL rating.

After reading different reviews it seems my situation may be different. I am a 58 yr old male, I have had ED for past year due to anxiety attacks, medication given to me by doctors to fight anxiety, high blood pressure and what they thought (incorrectly) may be manic-depressant. The combination of all drugs, plus high stress at work, plus now being 58 yrs old, suddenly I have ED... this can cause depression all by itself. Went to doctor and gave me Levitra and worked once then no more even at higher doses. Then doc gave me Viagra and the same, worked a couple of times then no longer. I figured I would try a combo of natural products and better diet so I researched and even asked my doctor (who knew nothing about natural herbs). I ended testing GNC's Yohimbe extract 450mg. WOW...that was a nightmare! That was like doing cocaine or something like that. I felt all jittery, sweaty, was not able to sleep, and felt my heart working overtime. It was very scary so I dumped the Yohimbe and believed the only answer was abstinence forever, but the wife did not like that idea. So, I kept researching and had a blood test done that showed testosterone at 350, low but not low enough for doc to give me meds (thank God, that would have been steroids). In looking for natural options I then found Tongkat Ali Extract 200:1. I was very skeptical to try something else after the Yohimbe experience but I was determined to find a solution. I must say that buying on line and using Amazon did not help because I like to look and feel something before I buy, but I seemed to have no choice because after going to GNC they no longer carried Tongkat Ali in pure form. After heavy research I took the plunge and purchased one bottle. Took the 2 per day dosage and the very first day I felt my testicles come alive in activity. Later that night I felt I was ready to go and all was great that night. Then, the same happened, the second time it was less effective even though my libido was through the roof! (very frustrating situation). Then I decided to mix it with 1/2 Viagra and VOILA! We have lift off. The combo seems to be working just fine, no side affects, lost some belly fat, seem to have more energy, libido always in high gear, testicles have grown and active, and most important, no ED!. For now, it seems I just need to combine Tongkat Ali (making sure to skip some days, 5 on 2 off) with 1/2 Viagra(before activity), make sure I don't have a heavy meal before activity, make sure I don't drink more than 1-2 alcohol drinks, and keep a good diet. I have been doing this now for the past 6 weeks and have been VERY happy with the results as is my very happy wife. I have had no side affects other than the low face flushing that the Viagra gives me, which is very much welcomed because if I don't get the flushing then it means I either had too much to drink or too heavy of a meal and the Viagra will be diluted and will not work the same, if at all. I use the flushing as my measuring stick (no pun intended but welcomed). My next step will be to remove the Viagra to see if just the Tongkat Ali will work so I can keep it all natural. The only reason I gave it a 4 is because as you can see this is still under construction, so when I am able to remove Viagra altogether in the future, I will return to give it the five stars it deserves.
