Matador SEG42 Travel Pack - SEG Series

Best compartmentization in a travel backpack that I've ever had.Enough compartments for clothes and electronics, laptops, camera, pretty much anything you can think of it will fit it.

Great size and the additional pockets are perfect. My go to bag for almost everything I do.

Actually, it’s an unbelievable storage setup whether for a backpack or a duffle. This is a bag that I can foresee becoming my “Go-To” for heading out on an overnight or a couple of days. The construction of the bag is solid, and the zippers are heavy duty, and yet slide easily. The size is of decent enough capacity to handle most of what I need when going for an overnight or short trip.It’s okay for a hiking bag, even though it doesn’t have the hip straps that I like. The way the bag is constructed though, unless I load it with super heavy stuff (which I’m unlikely to do on a hike), it sits well in place without slipping. I love the way the storage compartments are designed to keep everything not only separate, but accessible from the outside. It makes finding things super easy, and I don’t have to dig around the bag (as long as I remember where I packed everything!).

The seg42 has become my favourite bag for travel. The integrated packing cubes just make organisation effortless. The construction and materials are great and the bag can hold a truly astonishing amount. This is the only potential downside as it can actually be just a little uncomfortable to wear for long periods as a backpack when stuffed to near breaking point due to weight. I have retired a couple of duffel bags and a carryon rolling case for this as it just does such a good job on its own. If you are considering this then you likely already know why it is a good choice. Typical matador engineering and a no brainier if you want a one bag solution.
