These cards are used with my support group. Each of us randomly pick a card and share it with the group. It usually speaks directly to the person who chose it. It gives a direction on one side, and a problem your struggling with. We love them.

I bought this and find the cards really useful. I loved it so much, I bought copies for my three daughters and my granddaughter! Sometimes we use it as a sort of game to see if we can relate the cards we pick to what is either going on in our lives or to how we've been feeling at that moment. Sometimes they've been surprisingly accurate or given us something to think about. Would definitely buy again as a gift.
