Highly recommended
I recently started physical therapy for both wrists, combination of two old fractures and old age. I purchased one of these years ago and ready like the adjustable tension. It has held up well. I purchased this one so I could work both wrists simultaneously. Over the yrs I have used other hand grips but these are the best IMHO.

I love this!
This hand grip has to be the best one out there, hands down. I've made significant gains. The veins in my arms have never been so consistent.

It's all about the SPRING
Like many others on reviews from both Amazon, Walmart etc. this worked great for a while and then the spring breaks. This is not an isolate case, but widely experienced. I keep returning and they keep replacing it(on #4 now) so I have to give it 2 stars for the hassle of continually needing to return them. Otherwise, it fits great and does a good job as advertised. Fix the spring and you get 5 stars !
