The Vitalizing Rosemary Decoction Toner is a slightly cloudy liquid that comes in a ten-ounce glass bottle. Its first ingredients are Rosemary and Aloe Extracts. " The toner does a good job of cleaning.It left my skin hydrated, smooth, and refreshed.

I really like this toner. It's got a mild, pleasant scent. It feels nice and refreshing on my face. And it does a great job of removing any remaining makeup that I may have missed when I washed my face.I really like that it dispenses easily out of the bottle. I use reusable pads instead of cotton balls and I hate it when toners have stoppers in the top that make them just drip out. This bottle lets out just the right amount with a couple shakes.Toners, at least for me, can really be hit or miss. But this one was a hit. I like it a lot.

The liquid is a bit cloudy but leaves the skin feeling fresh and clear. There is rosemary and aloe in the toner and it makes my skin feel so soft and clean. Even after I cleanse my skin the cotton swab that I saturate with the toner shows that the toner offered an extra level of clean. Nice product.
