Do NOT buy if from VM EXPRESS SELLER!
DO NOt BUY FROM VM EXPRESS! Bought a Gree portable ac unit 8000 btu 3-1... no top exhaust nozzle was included and they refuse to send one, you can’t just order it.... they want me to disable and haul a heavy bulky 75 pound unit back to the post office rather than just send the plastic hose nozzle that was not included But was supposed to be!!!

This is the second unit purchased for use on second level of home. Never an issue with the first one ans second works just as well.

Nice if it didn’t leak
This arrived 2 days earlier than expected! So far it is doing its job - cooling an area of our house that has little air circulation.It did not come with the screws needed for the cord holder or vent screen but we had some extra screws around the house and just used those.Edit: this unit leaked as soon as we turned it off day one. Found it has a large crack on the bottom. When purchased the listing did not indicate it was a refurbished unit. Quite disappointed and will be returning this unit.
