Perfect for what I needed
Easy to install in addition to the closed position magnets and allows Windows to be open and still alarmed

It works - but it is a little hard to open the back for installation with screws.

These are OEM magnets.
These are the same Ademco magnets that you would get if Adt came to your house and installed them. I used them as vent magnets and they have worked well.
