Excellent construction
This extension devise allowed me to add access to its corresponding jack on a SBC I've got buried in a recent go box build of mine

Did it's job
Worked for what I needed. The Victron Color Control has an RJ45 port on the back for configuration but, who wants to uninstall the wall mounts every time? So I ran a cable down the wall to this little guy to have a wall jack whenever I needed to make changes to my solar. Worked perfect for me!

Great addition to floor sound box
Fits in the floor sound box at our church perfectly. The wired LAN connections work better than WiFi for church services via Zoom.

This is not a shielded connector.
The description says it is shielded, but it is not electrically shielded. There is no continuity between two shielded RJ45 connectors that connect to both ends. My ohmmeter read open-circuit (>40 MOhms) between the cables.

For as expensive as this part is, it should have included mounting screws
I'd have given this a 5 if it had screws - the part is built well - unfortunately in order to mount it , it requires a very small headed black countersunk screw - these are impossible to find in my area - so I had to use drywall screws which look terrible. Why the seller does not include 2 cents worth of screws is beyond puzzling to me.
