Very good product! Would recommend!
This is a very good steam mop, and it is helpful that you can use on carpets, and with the attachments many other surfaces. However, you must vacuum prior to using this, as it does not have suction. So, that being said, a good vacuum and this will make a great combo for a clean home!

Easy to operate and did the job!
Just received the Seinna Luna Plus and did a quick cleaning of my kitchen. It was easy to operate and heated up quickly. Have not used the attachments as of yet but I am so glad to have them. That’s one of the reasons I bought the system. Great buy!!

Easy and lots of accessories!
Love it. It easier to move across tile floors than my old one. It comes with accessories that weren’t obvious to me in the description. I got 3 mop heads, 6 nylon and 2 brass brushes, fabric and window accessories plus a shoulder strap to carry the unit when using the hose and accessories! The tank is easier to fill than my old one too. The lights illuminate the inside of the tank so you can see the water level. Extremely happy with my purchase and love cleaning my floors with this steam mop!

Love this product
I love this steamer! It is so smooth and effortless, unlike the steamer I had before. It is a perfect amount of steam and has the vibration that helps get rid of dirt.

Only worked right the fist time now won't work at all
This product is wonderful. Unfortunately it was only used twice and will not steam. Everything was properly clean and used distilled water etc. Nothing works and no response from the email for the supposed 1 year warranty. Would not buy again!
