Not fit for purpose
This 'waist trimmer' is far too wide around the body to make any difference to one's waist. The design of the belt is completely wrong for its purpose. When tight around the bottom of my ribs and around the top of my hips it was loose around my waist and there was no way of tightening it specifically in that area, so it was returned. I have since bought a much cheaper waist training belt which has two panels - the larger zipped panel to encase from under the breast to the hips and the smaller panel with velcro to cinch in the waist - which I am very happy with. It just goes to show that the more expensive and better known product is not always the best for the job intended.

Sweet sweat
I'm happy used this about 5 times now since I brought it and every time I work out I sweat and I can see my wasit is getting smaller through looking in the mirror and actual measurements. It works highly recommend

Sweat is just fat crying, and this makes it bawl!
I use this sometimes to work out in. The sweat it produces is unreal!I don’t use it for pain relief or support but more to help shed the inches from my waist which it definitely does.Cardio is easier do with this on and it doesn’t spin or move. I love it and bought thigh and arm versions too!Don’t forget to clean inside with a damp cloth after every use.

Do not purchase this
The product is way too big, doesn't meet the purposes, it is more like a belt instead of a waist trainer. It is massive, i am a size 10 and went off with the reviews but now i feel none of the reviews are legit. I am a 100% this is a fake one because i have good reviews about this belt from people. Now to return this item, i am being charged £4, this should have been made clear by the seller. Do not get cheated by this seller and product.

It really makes your waist sweat
