Ice pack conforms to my Achilles and it stays cold for a good half hour. Very pleased!

I like the ice pack
I like the ice pack, but I found it a little large for my foot. I wish there were a velcro strap so that i could secure it better around my ankle.

I would like to be able to remove the ice pack and ...
I would offer a suggestion for allowing a tighter fit with a pair of velco straps which attach to the front. It would allow for a more custom fit. I would like to be able to remove the ice pack and place it in the freezer and not the entire unit.

Don't buy if you have a big foot.
If you wear a size 13 shoe, this won't work because it doesn't hit the foot in the right spot. Even after being in the freezer for 48 hours, it was not cold enough to do anything positive. I'm disappointed.

Too difficult to slide on. They have a VelcroModel that is easy to put on a swollen foot.That model is 5 stars
