I love this product. At the first sign of a scratchy throat, 4 sprays and viola! Throat is better. I gave 4 stars to taste and value as it is medicine, not flavored but not that bad of a taste. And I don’t purchase other like products so I don’t know about value. I highly recommend this product for its intended use. A throat spray.

This spray is I think more like a placebo effect. Not supperb. They do sell probiotic type of immune support pills, those do make magic, help me stay away from flu at the time when everyone else was sick. But this one is not that strong, or may be its just my expectation were to high, as I had tried other product by them.

Omg! Useful for so many things! Swollen glands...Check! Bad gums! Check flu.. Etc safe for kids and animals tastes like vanilla so kids tolerate well and elderly don't have to swallow pills.. This company is truly humanitarian to bring these products to market.. They also donated the del-immune to some soldiers during their deployments in Middle East..have to keep this form in fridge..

This spray is remarkable. it works. Pollution from traffic and around our home gets us grinding in the morning. Just four pumps and the irritation is gone. Taste is good to. Been using this for some time and swear by it.

This is an invaluable companion to the capsules! at the first sign of a throat tickle, take 2 Del-Immune V capsules and a couple sprits of this spray. Works every time my family has the problem.
