Flirting with Fireworks (The Celebration Series) (Volume 9) Paperback – June 12, 2017

I want to visit Celebration Township! This series is simply marvelous. Love the town, love the people in it. Flirting with Fireworks is a homerun - one of those books you pick up and find yourself reading as you walk around your house trying to do chores - you cannot put it down. Again - great characters with real angst and great dialogue. Sometime alternating narrators can lead to repetition but in this case you just feel like you are in Brandy and Chase's heads as they work through their issues. Stacy Eaton is a solid writer with a clear style - enough detail to paint the picture and set you in the middle of the story without losing you in it. Cannot wait for the next book in this series!

This is a wonderful book about 2nd chance love. Brandy and Chase meet at the beach when Brandy is 19 and Chase is 26. They have a wonderful 3 days and fall in love. The night that Chase is going to ask Brandy to come back to Virginia with him, she doesn't show up. She just disappeared without any word.Brandy's dad found out that she was seeing someone that he felt was not in her class and threaten to cut her off from all finances, including college if she did not leave Chase and go home with him. Being 19 and not knowing what to do, she left with her dad.14 years later, Brandy and Chase run into each other, at a friends house. Is it Fate? This is a great book!

I love second chance romances. This one deals with romances that are caused by family interference. Chase never found out why Brandy left him on that pier all them years ago. He's tried to move on but it's been so hard she had consumed his thoughts. Brandy is still riddled with guilt over how her love affair ended and what could have been. I also have become addicted to this series. It's great to catch up on the other couples. Don't get me wrong this is a standalone but it's nice to see the other books progress. No cheating , no cliffhanger and a HEA! Enjoy!

Brandy and Chase met years before and suddenly separated. Then reunited in Celebration. Will their Second Chance be permanent or just a vacation thing?As with all of Stacy Eaton 's books she had me at hello..Another well written book that not only gave us Chase and Brandy's story but we also got to catch up on our favorite couple and friends in Celebration.

I cannot wait for the next book,love ❤️ is always worth waiting for, and being able to forgive is the key.So glad she bought the mustang

What many don't know is what happened in the past that these two didn't remain together.Brandy is an interesting character. She seems to love her wealthy status for the financial aspects, like retail therapy or to buy nice gifts for herself or her friends, but otherwise she isn't too interested in the lifestyle and expectations that comes along with it. Until she visits Celebration and she reunited with Chase. The question is, can she throw the lifestyle away? Can she be happy in Celebration and with Chase? Does she need the money to survive or can she put it all aside for love?With great character development and a wonderful town of Celebration Township, Stacy Eaton, has again, written an engaging, interesting and enjoyable novella within the Celebration Series.Rating: 4.4** I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this novella. Brandy came to Celebration from South Carolina to spend time with her best friend Casey. They grew up together and hadn't seen each other for awhile. Brandy grew up with money and a controlling father. She is now a nurse like Casey. Casey takes her over to Sophia's house where all the friends are helping her fix it up so she can sell it. Brandi is painting and Chase comes out of a back room and they see each other and call out the others name. Casey had no idea they knew each other. It seems that 14 years ago they met in Myrtle Beach while they were both on vacation. They had a great time together, but on their last night Brandi stood Chase up and her never heard from her again. Chase does not want to get involved with her again until he finds out why she never showed up.Chase and Brandy have a sizzling chemistry between the two. They are both afraid of getting hurt again. Brandy has always let her rich father control her life, even now at 33 years old. Brandy gets a chance to see what the town and people of Celebration are like. This is a whole other side of life she hasn't experienced. Chase is such a wonderful man and has so much to offer a woman. I must say I did get upset with Brandi and how she let her father control her. I loved the book and this whole series. I strongly encourage you to read the book.
