Helped my dry skin
I bought for solar keratosis. While it didn't remove them completely, it softened and smoothed the skin, and they were less irritating and visible for the period I used the product.

Waste of money!
I bought this to treat a few patches of solar keratosis, but the patches are completely unaffected - no reduction in skin thickness or colouration. A complete waste of money!

I can tell you what it doesn't do, it doesn't treat solar keratoses or skin tags. I used up the whole tube with no difference.
