Right color or long lasting.
This was the exact color I needed and it applied easily.I used it indoor, so the latex formulation was necessary.The low shrinkage is a plus as well.

Exceptional product
I used this product to seal my outdoor stone steps. It was easy to apply and it looks and works beautifully. I actually used this about one year ago on another outside project and the sealant is still intact, holding it's color, and working as a sealant.

color matches the tip
Recently had my bathroom floor replaced with a similar gray flooring...filled in the gaps nicely where the tub and radiator legs were since they couldn't be removed. Even though the price was a little steep it was worth it since we couldn't find the color match locally. I would recommend based on the color and the installer said it was a good product.
